What are the information and communication technologies?

It is technologies that allow access to communication and information using telecommunications. Similar to information technologies but it uses wireless networks, internet, phones, etc.

It can be used in jobs, personal uses, researching, and sharing. An example would be video chatting using Face Time with an iPhone with your friend that is on vacation out of the country, it can be used for sending emails to your boss when you aren’t working, or if you want, simply for chatting with your friend.

I use Information and Communication technology, it is a really important need this times, and it isn’t really hard to access, all you need is internet and a computer or something similar. I use it all the time, and almost everyone who has access to it uses it too.
